INGREDIENTS
· ¾ litre coconut milk
· ¼ kgm paasi parupu(Moong Dal)
· 100 grams onions
· 125 grams ginger
· 125 grams garlic
· 125 grams green chilly
· 200 grams potato
· 200 grams carrot
· 3 drumsticks
METHOD OF PREPARATION
· Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies. Add coconut milk and vegetables and cook.
· Add boiled dhal and allow cooking for five minutes with salt.
· After cooking, remove from flame.
· Add lemon juice. Serve hot.
